At Organic Origins By Z, all our products are handmade with organic ingredients, and we take great care in ensuring quality and hygiene. Due to the sensitive nature of our formulations, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been opened or used.

Replacements
We offer free replacements only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at customercareoobyz@gmail.com
    within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Include clear photo or video proof of the damage or error
  • Replacements are subject to verification and approval by our team

Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons of personal preference, allergic reactions, or change of mind due to hygiene protocols.
  • Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

We accept payments via:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Bank Transfer
  • JazzCash
  • EasyPaisa

Refunds (only if approved in rare cases) are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
